Mindfulness based walk and talk therapy offers a gentle alternative where we combine the soothing effects of nature and movement with meaningful and supportive conversations. As we walk, I’ll provide the same compassionate guidance as I would in the office. We’ll talk openly about your challenges and dig into what’s beneath them to find ways forward, helping you take real steps toward a more mindful, fulfilling life.
Weather permitting, we can walk on days that are sunny, chilly, or even snowy. Of course, walk therapy isn’t for everyone, and we’ll discuss any privacy concerns and other considerations when we meet. This approach is about creating a natural and comfortable space where you feel relaxed, supported, and connected to yourself, all while embracing the grounding power of nature.
