Walk and Talk Therapy
For some people therapy office may be intimidating and anxiety provoking. Walk therapy gives the alternative way of getting help while using the physical movement as a stress reducing strategy and a natural boost of refreshing energy. While walking, I will provide you with the same counseling services as I would do at my office. We will discuss your struggles and difficulties and we will try to find ways to help you uncover the underlying causes of your presenting problems and solutions necessary to move on with more positive, mindful, and fulfilled life. Walk therapy is weather permitted, however, we can walk and talk when it is sunny, chilly, or even snowy. Walk and talk therapy is not for everyone and there are some concerns regarding the confidentiality, however, we will discuss it further at our first appointment.
